BCMC Summer 2010 Meeting 

The BCMC's summer meeting will be at Rutger's University in the Library's Pane Room on July 22 at 10 a.m.  Please add your name to the attendance page to let us know if you'll be able to make it.  Agenda items should be emailed to Mark Sandford by July 15.  The agenda and parking pass will be sent out via the BCMC listserv before the day of the meeting.

BCMC Spring Meeting

The BCMC's spring meeting will be at Rutger's Alexander Library on April 8, at 10.  As usual, committee members are asked to add their names to the attendance page and note if they will be able to attend.  If you would like something added to the agenda, please email Mark Sandford by Friday, April 2.  The agenda and parking pass will be sent out via the BCMC listserv before the day of the meeting.

BCMC Fall Meeting (posted 9/23/2009)

The BCMC's Fall meeting will be on October 29 in the Pane Room of Rutgers University's Alexander Library. If you would like to be added to the agenda, please inform Mark Sandford by October 20.  Please go to the attendance page to and add your name to list if you will be attending.  If you are new to the BCMC and cannot edit the Wiki yet, please email Mark Sandford to request login credentials.  The agenda and parking pass have been posted and sent to the BCMC Listserv.

NACO Refreshing Class (posted 7/8/09)

A NACO presonal names refreshing class will be held on Monday, July 27. Training location will be announced by July 9. Please go to the event page for details. Also please sign up for this class if you plan to attend.

BCMC will meet on Thursday, April 2 in the Pane room at Rutgers's Alexander Library.  Please send any agenda items you would like to discuss to Mark Sandford by March 23.  The complete agenda will be posted by Friday March 27.  If you plan on attending, please add your name to the attendance page.  If you are new to the committee or have not received a PBWiki password, please send an email to me so I can send you an invitation to create an account.

BCMC October Meeting (posted 10/14/08; revised 10/23/08)

The meeting agenda is now available. Please bring a copy with you to the meeting. The parking permit will be issued via email.

BCMC will meet on Thursday, Oct. 30 at Alexander Library, Rutgers University. If you have any agenda items you wish to discuss, please kindly let Cathy know by Monday, Oct. 20. The complete agenda will be posted by Friday, Oct. 25.  Please note that we will elect a new chair and vice chair/chair-elect at the meeting. Nomination from the floor will also be accepted. Your attendance and participation is extremely important. I look forward to seeing everyone there.  

An Attendance table is ready for us to fill out. Please feel free to put your name there if you plan to attend. The Summer Meeting Minutes have also been posted. Thanks!

BCMC Summer Meeting agenda (posted 6/5/08)

The agenda for the June meeting is now available. The BCMC draft  minutes  has also been posted.  Round robin report is expected from each member (or institution representative) at the meeting.  Please review other related documents (attached to the agenda) and bring them to the meeting for discussion. We will be discussing many important topics which affect the future of BCMC. Hope to see many of you there!

BCMC will meet on Thursday, June 12, 10:00 AM at Rutgers University. Please send your agenda items to Cathy by Monday June 2. Meeting agenda will be posted by Friday, June 6. Please mark on the meeting attendance table indicating your intent to attend the meeting. At the June meeting, each library will give a brief round robin report as given previously. Please be prepared for that.
